The awards are being offered by the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan in collaboration with the United Kingdom Government.
The awards are open to all areas of study and may be in either of the following categories.
- One year taught masters courses or equivalent degrees • Six months of clinical training in medicine or dentistry
- Doctoral degrees, of up to three years duration
- One year research on split-site basis, towards a PhD registered at a university in your country, if appropriate
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a first degree or equivalent qualification of at least upper second-class honours level by October 2010.
Candidates should be able to take up their awards in October 2010.
Candidates are strongly advised to submit independent applications directly to their preferred institutions in order to secure places at the most appropriate Universities.

Please note that 2010 forms can be completed electronically, but should then be printed and submitted to the Department.
