SCHOLARSHIPS TENABLE IN TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
St. George's Grenada, Thursday, January 14th 2010 - Opportunities are being provided for Grenadians to pursue studies in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
That country’s Government is offering tuition and partial tuition scholarships to suitably qualified persons to pursue Undergraduate, Master’s and Doctoral (Technical) Programmes at three Universities there commencing August/September 2010.
The universities in question are the University of the West Indies – St. Augustine Campus; University of Trinidad and Tobago and University of the Southern Caribbean.
The scholarship covers 100% tuition for Undergraduate Programmes and 50% tuition for Master’s and Doctoral Programmes.
Interested persons must be Nationals of Grenada resident here for more than two (2) years; must seek acceptance from the above institutions and must provide evidence of unconditional acceptance into the desired programme of study.
The tenure of the awards is 3-4 years undergraduate 12 to 24 months masters (taught) 2 years M Phil and 3 years PhD.
